Custom 6-piece Wood Coaster Set with Holder

You are ordering a custom-designed item, it will be the pictured item with your desired design/names added.

Features a 6-piece set of wood coasters including a wood holder for coasters.  The coasters are approximately 4″ in diameter and the holder is approximately 4.69″ x 2.76″ x 4.02″

Kindly send us your preferences for your custom order via email. If you have a particular logo, clip art, or design in mind, please attach a high-quality image along with the name on the order and the order number to info@ruffroadadventures.com. If you do not have any images, you can simply email us with your requirements, and we can create something for you. A design proof will be emailed to you, and we will communicate back and forth until you are satisfied with it before we begin engraving the items.

Generally, we leave the final product in its natural form. If you would like it to be sealed with a clear coat, please inform us. We DO NOT coat food-safe products like cutting boards, as this will render them unsafe for food use.

Due to the nature of the product, variations in the shape, size, and color of the wood are to be expected, which will also affect the engraving. Each item is unique and will therefore engrave differently.

Please note that there is an additional setup fee for custom orders. You can include item number CO-52 in your order to cover this fee, or we will contact you before processing your order to confirm and discuss the extra cost. If you are ordering multiple custom items with different designs, a setup fee will apply for each design.

We aim to use the specific photos or design concepts you provide. However, please be aware that there are limitations to what can be accomplished, and the quality and color of the submitted image will affect our ability to use the requested photo. We will discuss all these details thoroughly once we receive your email with the design request, before starting the project.
