About the company
Ruff Road Adventures was established in 2019. The name Ruff Road Adventures is a play on words for the crazy times we have with our fur baby the Diva herself Roxie.
We are a veteran-owned and operated company. We offer custom specialized laser engraved items and many premade items for quick-needed gifts or something special for yourself.
We also offer handcrafted jewelry using semi-precious gemstones, natural stones, and pearls harvested from Akoa oysters. The majority of our pieces are one-of-a-kind pieces and while we can create another if the materials are available, it will be similar but different as not two stones are the same as well as the uniqueness of the copper wire wrapping.

We also share our adventures with you from a tasty meal in a hole-in-the-wall mom-and-pop place to the campground or hotel we stayed in, and the sites and sounds we saw along the way.

About Us
Misty and Erik Larson, along with our fur baby Roxie are here to share all of our wonderful adventures with you. We are the proud parents of two grown sons’ and grandparents to a spunky grandson.
Erik is a United States Navy and Army National Guard Veteran. He has spent the last 28 years in the IT field.
Misty left the corporate world to stay home with their two boys. While homeschooling their youngest son, she became a board of directors’ member for his youth football team. She spent 8 years in this capacity.
While staying home with the boys Misty took her passion for cooking and started a personal chef business providing home cooked meals and small event catering.
After the unpredictability of things, the last couple of years, it made us realize that the idea of living “tiny”, traveling full time and living our best lives is what we wanted. So, we put our goals into a plan and began the motions of making it happen.
