What type of metal is used for handcrafted jewelry?

For our copper pieces we use coated and uncoated copper that is 99.9% pure copper. For our silver pieces we use stealing silver or silver coated copper.

Where do the pearls come from?

Our pearls come from Akoya oysters that we purchase and retrieve beautiful pearls from. The oysters are organically enhanced, and the pearls get their colors from what they eat so they are feed specific colors to produce the colors. 

What types of stones do you use?

we use various types of stones, semi-precious gemstones and glass beads. We purchase them from various vendors.

 

 

 

 

 

is all the handcrafted jewelry one of a kind?

Each piece is handcrafted and unique. Due to this 95% of our pieces are marked as one-of-a-kind (one-and-done items). If there is something you like that is sold out, you can contact us, and we can do our best to get you what you want. 

But due to their unique qualities, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make an identical piece to the one you saw. 

 

 

is your jewelery hypoallergenic?

We do not guarantee any item as being hypoallergenic. We do our best to purchase finishing items i.e., fishhook earrings that are nickel fee. 








Why do your Pendents Not include chains?

The majority of our handcrafted pendants are sold as just the pendent. This is allowing us to be able to keep our costs lower for our customers.

Also, since we do not know what individuals’ allergies maybe it allows the customer to make sure they are using a chain that they can wear without issue. As well as people like different lengths of chains. We do not want you to pay for something you cannot enjoy.

We do have some chain options available for purchase under “Jewlery”. If you would like a chain. 

 

why does copper darken?

Unfortunately, copper loses its luster and gets tarnished over time. It reacts with external factors such as oxygen, moisture, other chemicals, and even human skin that can corrode the copper. This causes the development of a green layer on the metal’s surface called a copper patina.

 You can also use nail polish or car wax since they also lacquer copper and prevent it from tarnishing. Doing this also helps prevent getting a patina.









Why does my skin turn green?

This reaction does not happen to everyone. But, if it does it is not a sign of cheap materials as a lot feel that it is. 

The reason this happens is when jewelry is made with copper, it can react with sweat, lotion, and other products on your skin and oxidize. When copper oxidizes, it goes through chemical reactions that create a green type of “film” on the jewelry, which then transfers to the skin.

Here are some tips to help prevent the transfer and skin from turning green.

  • Paint the part of the jewelry that touches your skin with a thin coat of clear nail polish. 
  • Clean your jewelry regularly to remove excess lotion, sweat, and dirt.
  • Store your jewelry in a dry environment (adding a couple of sticks of chalk in your jewelry box will help with this). 
  • Take your jewelry off when swimming or cleaning. 
  • Avoid wearing it on hot days when you may sweat more.

is wearing copper good for your health?

Copper is an important mineral needed by our body for growth and overall health. It has the power to boost the immune system and enhance positive energy. Not only its consumption but wearing copper accessories are also believed to emanate healing energies within the body.

Copper is also famed for reducing stiff joints, aches, and pains commonly associated with arthritis and rheumatism. Copper can also help with collagen production and can encourage the system to overcome issues that lead to skin diseases and rashes.

The spiritual benefits of wearing copper by keeping away all the negative emotions such as anger and anxiety. 

 

 

How can i clean my copper JEWELRY?

Copper also needs to be discharged and recharged from time to time to keep it healthy, harmonious, and humming at high vibrational frequencies.

When Copper is cleansed and cared for it is better equipped to heal you from tip to toe and is able to channel energies without being blocked. This is especially true when you have used Copper for clearing negative energies as you don’t want that energy to get stuck.

Cleansing Copper is super easy, simply make a solution of warm water and a couple of drops of lemon juice, and salt and dip your copper into the solution. Leave for a moment or two and then rinse thoroughly.

If your bright Copper has become tarnished you can also use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently rub the markings away.


LASER ENGRAVING

How do you place a custom laser engraving order?

There is a custom engraving category of the website for ordering custom items. You will choose what you want such as coasters and place your order. The amount charged at time of placing your order is a non-refundable deposit, that will be deducted from the cost of your order.

What is the cost for custom engraving?

Custom orders costs are determined by the following equation. 

Cost of item – This is the cost of the material for your order. 

Set-Up Fee – $5.00 (this covers our time of creating of design and layout)

Production Time – $15.00 hour (laser time for completion of items).

Example – Custom set of 4 Ceramic Coasters 

Coasters $10.00, Set-up $5.00 – Production 2 hours $30.00 – so the cost for a custom set is $45.00.

You will be invoice for the cost, plus tax and shipping minus deposit paid at time of placing order upon customers final approval of job proof. Invoices must be paid prior to start of production. 

what is the process for custom orders?

Once you place your order and your deposit is paid, we will contact you to discuss what you want to have done. 

We will then do a design proof that will be emailed to you to approve. Once the proof is approved, we will do a sample for final approval. 

Once final approval is received. We will begin production of your order. 

 

 

 

 

turn around time for custom orders?

Turnaround time varies for each custom order. 

Most of the time is with emailing proof and sample for approval.

Once approvals are received, we begin production of your order. Turnaround time for production is 48 hours. 

In general, it takes about two to three weeks for completion of custom orders.

Once production is complete, orders are shipped the next business day via USPS Priority Mail – Flate Rate.

 

 

are custom order deposits refundable?

A deposit is required on all custom orders. The deposit is non-refundable if order is canceled prior to production. This is to cover anytime we have spent on the prep work for the order prior to production.

Once custom orders are in production, they are no longer eligible for cancellation, and will be completed and shipped to you.

 

 

 

When is payment for custom orders due?

Payment in full, minus your deposit credit is due upon your accepted approval of sample proof and before production of your order will start. 

If payment is not received with in 48 hours of receipt of invoice a 10% late fee will be added to the invoice. 

If invoice is unpaid after 7 days, order will be cancelled, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

ORDERING

what forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards; Apple pay, and Google pay via square. PayPal or Venmo are also available options. 

Local customers we do offer cash upon pick up or delivery. 

Vendor events, we accept cash as well as all major credit cards, Apple pay, or Google pay via square. As well as Venmo and cash app.

what is your return policy?

All sales are final. 

Due to health and safety issues, jewelry items cannot be returned. If there is a defect or damage to a jewelry piece you must contact us with in 48 hours of receipt of items, with pictures of the issue. 

Custom engraving items are non-refundable.

If there is damage or defect to an engraved item purchased or custom ordered, you must contact us with in 48 hours with pictures of the issue. 

If we are unable to correct the issue, you will receive a store credit minus the shipping cost for a future purchase.







do you have a brick and morter location?

At this time, we do not have a physical store location, you can shop with us online. 

We also do local pop-up events.  If you follow us on social media, we keep everyone updated of where we will be.

How long does it take for an order?

Orders are shipped with in 48 hours of payment (unless a weekend or a postal holiday, which in this case will ship the next postal business day).

What is your shipping costs?

Our standard shipping rate is $8 for USPS Priority Mail flat rate. 

Express shipping is available for an additional fee, contact us directly if you would like to upgrade your shipping. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to the United States, US Territories, APO address and Canada. 



once shipped how long does an order take?

Once the item has shipped, generally its 3-5 days within the United States for standard shipping, but once it has been received by the USPS it is out of our control. All orders are shipping with tracking and insurance, and you will receive a tracking number once shipped via your email address used on your order.

Is local pick up or delivery available?

Yes, if you are local, we can make arrangements for pick-up or delivery.
