Yes, make a stop here because we are fans of Guy Fieri’s and had the chance to meet him years ago in California at a bacon festival when he was the MC for the cooking competition. Also, we had to get the “trash can nachos”
We sat out on the patio because it was a beautiful day out. Understandably this is Vegas and they are trying to fit as many people in at a time, they have so many tables crammed on the patio I keep getting hit in the back when someone walks by, unfortunately, I was seated in the path of the server area. The food was good. The nachos could have been a little better, we felt it was more cheese sauce than anything, but it was nice not ending up with a bunch of chips and no toppings.
Beer Can Nachos – tortilla chips, house-smoked pork, SMC (super melty cheese), cheddar cheese, black beans, jalapeños,
sour cream, pickled red onions, cilantro, pico de gallo + Guy’s Bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce
Buffalo Wings – Guy’s buffalo sauce tossed wings served with raw veggie medley + Guy’s blue-sabi (blue cheese + wasabi) dipping sauce
Double Barrel Wings – Guy’s bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce tossed wings served with crispy fried onion straws, tangy house-made ranch, and raw veggie medley.
Hawaiian Huli Chicken Sandwich – sweet Hawaiian teriyaki BBQ sauce glazed boneless chicken thighs, grilled pineapple, pepper jack cheese, shredded cabbage, tomato, donkey sauce, and onion straws on a buttered garlic brioche bun.
Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger – crispy applewood smoked bacon, crispy fried onion straws, four cheese mac n cheese, Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, super melty cheese, donkey sauce, all staked on a garlic butter brioche bun.
