Market Street Cafe is famous for its oxtail soup coined as the “Hangover Cure”. The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for Breakfast, Monday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM for dinner, and Friday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 AM while the soup is served daily from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. There are daily specials as well as many other offerings. There are notes on the menu about coupons, but we did not have one or know how to get them.
A bright wide-open restaurant in the corner of the main casino floor. Be prepared to wait in line, our wait for each visit has been 30-45 minutes, if you are coming for the soup it is advisable to get in line at least 30 minutes before serving time starts if you can. The service is quick, friendly, and efficient for as busy as the restaurant gets. The dining area is spacious, and clean and offers ample seating.
The oxtail soup is a generous serving that could easily be shared by two people (which we did) so you can order other items too. Tender oxtails, vegetables, and staw mushrooms, in a flavorful broth. Comes with a side of cilantro, ginger, and steamed rice.
