Borracha is located at the Green Valley Resort in Henderson, NV a few miles from the strip. Borracha is open seven days a week for happy hour and dinner opening at 4:00 PM daily and closing time varies depending on the day of the week. Happy hour is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. They offer a variety of specials throughout the week so check the website to see what is going on during your stay.
This was our favorite restaurant from the stay, the staff was friendly and the vibe was laid back and casual. There is a circular bar in the center of the restaurant. There are tables around that and booths along the wall. We first came for the late-night happy hour on Sunday and the regular happy hour during the week. We also came on for the Taco Tuesdays, for $24 a person you got all-you-could-eat street tacos and all-you-could-drink tequila and margaritas. Ask your server for the non-chip salsa you will not be disappointed it is so flavorful and goes perfectly on the street tacos. They do get very busy so it is suggested that you make a reservation ahead of time.
