Bottiglia is located inside of the Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino in Henderson, NV. While it is listed under casual dining, it does not have the feel or price of a casual dining restaurant. To get a complete meal you will have to order your sides separately, so it is going to end up being an expensive meal even for 2 people. The food was ok but lacked flavor and was on the smaller side for portions not what you would expect for such a high-priced restaurant. Also, the atmosphere was a bit on the stuffy side, no one seemed to be talking, we sat at the bar and the bartender barely spoke to us unless we asked for something. We spent almost $100 just on what is pictured and a couple of drinks, needless to say, we left hungry.
They do offer some specials such as a weekend brunch, live music Fridays, and a daily happy hour. We did not try any of these since we were not too impressed with the dinner experience.
